Would ya like to see what I did this weekend?
First, I went to the RE to see if I had any of these:
I didn't, in case you're curious. Apparently, I can't do it all by myself.
Then, I went and had this done:
I realize I don't have the prettiest feet. They look just like my dad's. But I like the toes. : )Then, I installed this:
I might have had a leetle help from DH...But I did all the wiring!
And then, finally just for shits and giggles, while my DH was watching the season finale of a certian show, I took this:
And turned it into this:
Please excuse the hideous couch behind it...I'm valiantly trying to get rid of it. I have no idea what I'm going to do with the table now. But I like it!
I guess that's it for my first "Would ya like to..." Monday. Have a good week!
Thanks for visiting my site today! I am really amazed at how great it feels to let go of the things that I write. And I love hearing that my thoughts about comparing gigantic grey elephants to cute little kitty cats resonated with you.
ReplyDeleteI like your table project. I made my first quilt recently. It started as a baby gift for the next friend who announces, but as it started to come together I decided that I liked it too much to give away to some as of yet unknown baby. (I think I might have actually been thinking that I wanted to keep it for my someday baby, but thats another story for another day.) So instead I embroidered (for the first time too) our initials into it and gave it to my husband. It is so bright and cheerful and I love it.
I LOVE YOUR TABLE!!! I totally want to do something like that!
ReplyDeleteWow you had a seriously productive weekend! Looove the toes :) I haven't painted my toes in YEARS and I think I probably should now, having seen yours!
ReplyDeleteAWESOME, I love your pedicure!!!! looks aooo pretty.
ReplyDeleteYou did all the WIRING?? You're a Rock Star and that table..I am envious of all your time to do stuff.
I like you're would ya???? It's fun!
Happy Tuesday
What'd you do to the table top? I love it!!
ReplyDeleteWow, what a productive day! I love that table.
ReplyDeleteThanks for stopping by my blog. I also thought it was weird that the cook book included instructions to remove the wrapper. But I guess their lawyer must have required that. Some people don't always think.
Wow! Crafty!
